The Pipeline Programming Subcommittee of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee focuses on educating MBA and community members about opportunities in the legal profession for minorities and women. The established MBA diversity pipeline provides programming opportunities to community constituencies of varying demographics. From eighth grade students to practicing attorneys the pipeline seeks to recruit and retain minority attorneys to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg legal community.

Members of the Pipeline Programming Subcommittee of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee attend subcommittee meetings as arranged by the subcommittee leadership. Volunteer members take an active role in preparing and planning various pipelining programs designed to increase diversity within the legal profession.
