Remember to register with the Mecklenburg County Parks and Rec email/text alert system to receive notices about cancellations for the fields.
Parks and Rec usually posts cancellation information by 4 PM. If no cancellation is posted by 4 PM, games will not be canceled except by the umpire from the field at game time.
Remember to include all captains or co-captains in GroupMe to be able to communicate easily with each other, the MBA office and the umpire. Cancellation notification will come through GroupMe.
If you desire to reschedule a game, you MUST get the approval of the opposing captain in advance, agree on a new date AND contact the umpire to confirm availability for the selected date.
