The North Carolina State Bar mandates that Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs must be open to the Mecklenburg County Bar (MCB) at large, that at least three members register for the CLE program and that it must be proctored by an appointed representative of the MCB to accurately record attendance and the CLE credit earned.
If all of these conditions are met and a firm opts to run a video replay in house, they will be charged the same fee that was charged at the live program per person. The firm representative is responsible for obtaining copies of DVDs or other available formats of pre-recorded CLE programs, materials and forms for CLE credit. The MCB will handle the accreditation, reporting to the state and marketing of the program.
