League Location: St. Patrick's Catholic School - 1125 Buchanan St, Charlotte, NC 28203
Games are played on Tuesday nights from March - May 2026.
75% of your team must be members of the Mecklenburg Bar Association (including the captain) to play in this league.
Current members of the Mecklenburg Bar Association are eligible to participate in the MBA Basketball League. Non-attorney office staff, paralegals or employees of legal organizations/firms in Mecklenburg County are not eligible to participate unless they are members of the Mecklenburg Bar Association. Spouses and friends of attorneys are also not eligible. Erring on the side of inclusion, we have, in the basketball league, historically included “law school graduates” whether or not they have taken or passed the bar exam. Law school graduates who are members of the MBA are eligible. Lawyers who are not members of the Mecklenburg Bar Association may play in the league provided they are maintaining an office in Mecklenburg County and playing for a team where 75% are MBA members.
This is a recreational, co-ed league.
